Dr. Meghan N. Rivers carries a singular focus across every platform she occupies: Teach, Train, and Transform. A philanthropist, educator, and an organizational behaviorist, she brings rigorous academic training into direct contact with real-world leadership challenges across boardrooms, pulpits, government halls, and global stages.
Her academic formation spans four institutions and multiple disciplines. She holds a Business degree in Marketing from James Madison University, a Master's Degree in Divinity and Organizational Leadership from Wake Forest University, a Master of Public Affairs Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of North Carolina–Greensboro, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development from Regent University.
In 2009, Dr. Rivers founded Light of Life International Ministries (LOLIM), an evangelistic outreach ministry focused on helping others reach their maximum potential through deliberate obedience to God. She also serves as the visionary behind Flow Rivers Enterprises, a marketplace consulting and coaching enterprise, and as the Senior leader of Light World Network (LWN). LWN is a cooperative network of contributing interdependent ministries, marketplace and development enterprises, and five-fold ministry gifts created to provide covenant and oversight partnership globally — dedicated to embracing a cross-cultural, multi-generational, and diverse company of people committed to an interactive mix of traditional, contemporary, and emergent ministry practices.
Dr. Rivers speaks with authority and strategic clarity to government officials, industry professionals, and faith leaders on multiple continents. She travels and teaches, leading individuals and teams on international trips, with active work in Kenya, Togo, West Africa, Pakistan, and Ethiopia. Her audiences and partnerships extend further to Italy, Israel, Nigeria, Spain, Costa Rica, and beyond — every engagement rooted in her conviction that equipped leaders change communities.
She is the founder and leader of "The Gathering," a teaching and worship opportunity for pastors and senior Christian leaders to come together for renewal and strategic alignment. Through writing, training materials, professional coaching, and public speaking, Dr. Rivers has built a growing global community anchored in the principles of excellence, service, and Kingdom purpose.
