Dr. Rivers is a philanthropist, mentor, and a proven organizational behaviorist and leadership strategist.
She has a Business degree in Marketing from James Madison University, a Master’s Degree in Divinity and Organizational Leadership from Wake Forest University and a Master of Public Affairs Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of North Carolina –Greensboro. and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development from Regent University.
Meghan considers her family's legacy of entrepreneurship, service, and leadership, as the greatest blessing of her life. Dr. Rivers is a founder, board member, or partner for many organizations. She has served in various local non-profit organizations, churches, corporations, and even healthcare facilities, faithfully utilizing her gifts of strategy, writing, training, public speaking, teaching, and service to encourage others to live their best life now.
She is the Executive Director and visionary of Light of Life International Ministries, Inc. (LOLIM), Flow Rivers Enterprises, and Light World Network. The unified goal of each unique organization is to Teach, Train, and Transform lives.
Dr. Rivers often speaks to government, industry professionals, and faith leaders globally, and her presentations impact leaders in education, business, arts, media, government, and ministry development, assisting, training, and developing many in countries such as Italy, Israel, Kenya, Nigeria, Spain, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and counting.
As a gifted communicator, she has created a growing network and community through her writing, training materials, and public speaking.
