An entrepreneur with experience in the real estate and office supply industries, Meredith Trattler owns and operates Cornerstone Campus Communities, a Miami-based company with multifamily and mixed-use student housing projects in several states. In this role, she conducts due diligence and assesses the value of commercial properties as assets, in addition to stabilizing assets for profitable returns. Meredith Trattler has led the company through the acquisition of several major properties, including a 701-bed multifamily student housing development in Alabama.

In tandem with her work in real estate, Ms. Trattler serves as the head of Good Times Office Supply & Coffee Service, Inc., which she founded in 1996. A one-stop shop for businesses, the company sells coffee, furniture, and over 55,000 products to businesses and organizations in need of office, janitorial, industrial building supplies.

In preparation for her career, Meredith Trattler earned an MBA from the University of Miami, earning specializations in accounting, marketing, and finance. She also undertook studies in the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University.
