Michael is one of those talented and old fashioned Customer Service Consultants with experience spanning over 20 years. Michael began his career at the very ripe age of 15 where he was instrumental in setting up an IT company (T.C.Z) with his school friend. Michael initially did the hard yards with cold calling and door knocking until he was able to secure a meeting with the Purchasing Manager for CSIRO Department of Radio Telescopes, Parkes. Michael tendered for their business to supply peripherals and hardware for them and convincingly won the contract.

After Managing T.C.Z's Sales and accounts for 10 years he managed to promote the business to be sold to a company named Digiland.

Michael then went to work for American Express as a Customer Service Manager where he successfully led their project to outsource their main corporate Premium Services Team to India.

Whilst in India Michael successfully implemented processes and conducted all the relevant training to ensure the incumbents could do their roles and exceed their set KPI's
