Michael Vargas

I believe in creating connection and relationships through shared experiences, and my vessel for that vision is improv.

I currently work as an instructor for Leela, an improv theater company and training center. I teach beginners the basic principles of improv and how to find their truth though the art form of improv. I work with corporations and organizations bring their teams together to connect, strengthen their communication skills, empathy, developing a "yes and" mindset, and other skills along with providing some fun along the way.

I also host a variety of events using my improv skills such as Mindful improv, Improv for Singles, Improv for Designers, and so on. I have also worked with Dropbox, Quinstreet, Kaiser, a large biotechnology corporation, as well as other organizations.

I am also the speaker for the talk Life Love and Relationships through the Filter of Improv and Psychology.
