I am a husband, father, church starter and leadership practitioner. As a writer and facilitator at SVI, I create and deliver training programs that help organizations and people get to where they want to go. I also dabble with inbound and content marketing. I have the privilege of working with some of the world’s largest organizations with amazing people on a daily basis.

In my spare time, I put divots in fairways, coach U4 and U8 world championship soccer teams and lead Thrive Christian Church in Fayetteville, Ark.

We launched Thrive Christian Church in August of 2013! We are on amazing journey with an awesome God.

I’m not on the journey alone though! I get to spend time with my beautiful bride Meg and our three boys Titus and Elliott, and Ezra. We love to play soccer, golf, camp, mountain bike, and sit in the yard talking with neighbors while making BBQ chicken with the charcoal grill.
