Born in South Florida, I grew up in a tight-knit community where he went to school and graduated from Hialeah High. As an adolescent, I was highly competitive and enjoyed developing my own methods to accomplish my goals. Sports became a great part of my childhood, especially baseball where I was a top athlete for little league baseball at HAA. Being considered one of the best Center Fielders in my age group was a mere stepping stone for my growth as a leader. I went on to work for Miami Dade County Public Schools after graduating, and became Director of the Summer Services IT department.
Throughout my life, however, I had an inner passion for Real Estate. I valued the essence of deal making and embraced everything that encompassed the art of real estate.
While getting his feet wet with South Florida’s market, I quickly found my desire for Commercial Real Estate and established myself as a “hands on” reliable Commercial Associate. As an advocate and advisor for companies who lease or own real estate, in as little as 5 years I have worked to help business leadership translate business strategy into real estate solutions that help not only to cut cost but also to boost profits. I believe that real estate can enable high level business performance and when properly executed, serve to differentiate smart companies from their competition. I apply a strategic, yet common sense type of approach to delivering result oriented solutions to clients.
I have branded myself as being skillful at educating clients on company products, acquiring new accounts, expanding client base, and ultimately generating higher levels of revenue. Respected team member revered for building relationships within the industry and collaborative networking. I'm a person geared towards prioritizing quality of work over the quantity. I believes closing one amazing deal is worth more than closing two no so great deals.
