I’m Michael Carrozzo, a U.S. Army veteran and lifelong advocate for service, discipline, and balance. I was born and raised in Southern California, where I learned the value of teamwork and accountability through football and baseball. Those early lessons shaped how I approach every part of my life—with focus, humility, and purpose.

In 2004, I made one of the most important decisions of my life: I joined the United States Army. Serving as a Major in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps at the National Training Center and with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, I learned that leadership isn’t about control—it’s about calm, courage, and responsibility. The Army gave me structure, clarity, and lifelong lessons in character that I still carry today.

After completing my service, I dedicated myself to living with integrity, mentoring others, and promoting the idea that true success comes from service and self-awareness. Outside of work, I find peace and reflection through golf and sailing—both remind me of the importance of patience and adaptability. I believe balance is the key to leadership and happiness. My mission now is to inspire others to live with intention, lead by example, and find meaning through service.
