Michael Kushner

Michael F. Kushner has mastered two professions – first as a graduate Electrical Engineer, and then as a lawyer. Since 1977, Mr. Kushner has been a hard working, professional trial lawyer.

Mr. Kushner handles serious vehicle accident personal injury cases. In his years of practice, Michael F. Kushner has always put the needs of his clients first. He strives to provide each client with personalized attention, prompt communication, and knowledgeable legal counsel.

Michael F. Kushner has also fought for clients in a variety of personal injury cases - one notable case being a personal injury involving a broken tooth and hamburger manufacturers. In 1989, Mr. Kushner fought all the way to the California Court of Appeals to defeat the anti-consumer laws which existed in California since 1936. This decision changed the law concerning the quality of food being served in restaurants to meet the reasonable expectations of the consumer (Evart v. Suli 211 Cal. App. 3d 605).

Mr. Kushner is a member of the California Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is also an arbitrator and mediator.
