Michael Gleadow

I have spent the last nine years travelling the world and embracing a range of cultures. Through these travels I have witnessed how a number of communities have developed structures to help its people. I have been inspired by what I have seen. I have used this knowledge to assist the youth in my own backyard. In doing so I have learned about my own culture and have developed a passion to teach its people empowerment.

Establishing relationships when working with communities is the single most important characteristic to implement sustainable change. I believe in society, I believe in the power of community and I believe that change can be made with the strength of its people!
