Michael Pierce

I'm Michael Pierce, MICHAEL JOSEPH PIERCE. Born a native San Diegan. I represent the sign of the fish (Pisces). Pisces are creative and I think I too fall into that category. I was in the entertainment business at an early age, working as a magician, puppeteer, actor and dancer. I studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and did bit parts on TV, soaps, movies, commercials and theater. I’ve worked as a Nightclub Manager, Restaurant Manager, Retail Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Retail Stores, Vice President and a Project Manager. I have managed thousands of employees, my largest team being over 350 and loved every minute of it. Every day is a new opportunity. I loved my employees as much as I loved life. I love being their mentor, coach, counselor and sounding board. I am passionate about them and wish I could steer them all in the right direction. Some take my advice, some do not, but it is their choice and they have every right to make their own choice in life. As much as I love my employees, I love my friends, children, my three nephews and my dog. If you’re a parent ... three things that you need to do with your children; teach them, mentor them and be consistent. If your child is not behaving the way you want, take a good hard look at your self and your own behavior. “Do as I say, not as I do” will never make sense to an impressionable child. Don’t ever hit your children, ever. You gave this person life so why in the world would you assume that abuse would make anyone feel obliged to listen to you. My dog is my life. He loves me unconditionally.

I am a self taught chef. I always seem to be doing for others and trying to please everyone else, sometimes at the expense of my own needs. I live life with passion and I proudly wear my emotions on my sleeve. If I was younger, I'd be training to be an MMA Fighter. I love going to the gym. Finally, I would not be who I am if it were not for my friends.
