Contractor and Construction in New York, NY

Back my campaign

I came to the United States at 28 years old with just $200 in my pocket and a strong belief that hard work, creativity, and persistence could open doors. That belief has guided every chapter of my life.

I began my professional journey after graduating from dental technician school in 1982, while also studying electrical work and plumbing in college. Learning how things function from the inside out gave me a practical foundation that would later shape my work as a designer, builder, and developer.

In 1994, I started a fashion clothing company from my basement. By 2004, the business had grown to 35–40 employees, with my designs sold through major retailers across the U.S. and internationally, including private label companies and catalogs. After the events of 9/11, I made the difficult decision to close the company and pivot my focus.

That transition led me into real estate development in New York City. Over the years, I have renovated and developed numerous properties, including award-winning eco-friendly homes. One project earned a Gold Award from Good Housekeeping for being the greenest house in New York City.

Today, my passions include architecture, art, fashion, travel, and living a healthy lifestyle. My work reflects a lifelong commitment to design, sustainability, and building with purpose.
