Michael L. Torcello

Michael L. Torcello is a 1999 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Mr. Torcello has years of experience representing injured railroad workers suffering from various occupational diseases, including asbestosis, silicosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and cancer. Attorney Torcello is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York as well as in the Federal District Court for the Western District of New York. He is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Association for Justice and has actively participated in protecting the interests of those afflicted with serious injuries.
