I’ve been obsessed with the art and science of customer solutions and efficiency for more than 20


While working in network infrastructure and systems management, I supported business-to-business

environments, creating solutions for high-profile clients. These success stories created the

foundation upon which I began to build "my brand" of customer engagement and solutions support.

When I moved from the technical silo to the business side, I was introduced to information systems

(databases and business intelligence) and found my passion for analytics. I continued supporting

business clients, refining my proactive support and solutions methodology that made clients


I began interfacing onsite with business clients from the C-level to the technical and end-user

level as a business analyst and technical consultant. My ability to communicate and work with both

the business and the technical staff shone, and I was further able to create a well-rounded customer

solutions toolkit.

After years of traveling for work, I've decided to work locally, with little travel. I've recently

moved to the Greenville, Texas area, and love it after having been used to very large cities. I'm

ready to stay in one place for the long term, and want to consider different positions from the

technical and business silos both.
