Michelle Rösner
Student in Wels, Österreich
Originally born in Bremen, Germany, I soon decided to step out of my comfort zone to discover the world and myself. The years abroad and my International Communication study in the Netherlands have truly shaped me.
Once abroad, I couldn't stop moving and being moved by the fascinating world around me. Starting off with my Highschool year in the US, followed by my study in the Netherlands, and ending up with last year’s internship in the UK and the recent study abroad in Taiwan. The latter named gave me the great ability to apply and revise my previous knowledge about cultural differences in (business) communication, bringing me one step closer to becoming a communication expert and motivating me to seek for further enlightening journeys in international surroundings.
What I appreciated most about the 'International Communication' study, was the practical focus which dared us to work in international groups and with real clients on effective marketing communication strategies and tools. Thus, it provided me with great English, Communication, Culture, Research, Marketing and Media skills.
My previous jobs and internships in the field of Marketing, Promotion, and Service reinforced these skills. During my internship at Maxwell Scott Bags, an online retail-manufacturer of leather goods, I had the great chance to operate as an Online Marketing Manager Assistant, including responsibilities like content writing, photoshooting/-editing, blogging as well as customer service.
I am a creative and invigorating individual, looking to make a change both personally and for those I work with. I enjoy team-work and pleasure new challenges as well as criticism, which will contribute to a marvelous outcome.
