I recently finished my master’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School. I’m particularly interested in Change Communication and organizational use of Social Media / Web 2.0-technology for Knowledge Sharing. I have also worked with different organizations both as intern and as consultant where I have helped with web communication, knowledge sharing and the use of Web 2.0 technology. One of my great interests is Ballroom Dancing. I have been dancing since I was 5 years old and finished my career as competition-dancer i 2004. Some of my best results are: more than 10 times Danish Champion, Runners up at Junior Blackpool Dance Festival and 9th place at the World Championships for Youth u/19. In 2007 I passed the Danish DanceSport Federation’s education for coaches and in 2008 I became licensed adjudicator. Until 2010 I was Chairman of Education and Chairman of Adjudicators at the Danish DanceSport Federation. On a daily basis I work at Bendixen Dans, Pejsegaarden in Copenhagen. There I teach ballroom and Latinamerican dancing to dancers on all levels and ages – from beginner couples to some of the best competition dancers in the world.
