I was Born and raised in Burbank, California, went to college at UCSB, and now live in the Mile High City (Denver), where I work as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I enjoy life to the max. I spend a lot of time outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding. My life's sole ambition is to help others improve their lives physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally.
