Mike Kneuer is the founder and CEO of Community Wellness Concierge, a Florida-based company that provides luxury wellness programming for residential communities and homeowners associations. Community Wellness Concierge partners with HOAs and property management companies to deliver world-class wellness experiences that include group fitness classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, massage therapy, physical therapy partnerships, youth fitness, and specialized programs such as tennis and pickleball performance training. The company has rapidly expanded across South Florida and is known for transforming underperforming wellness programs into thriving, highly utilized resident amenities.

In addition to his work in wellness, Mike Kneuer is the founder of Suburban Protector, a firearms training and personal protection education company that teaches responsible gun ownership, concealed carry fundamentals, and real-world defensive skills. Through Suburban Protector, Mike provides civilian firearms training, safety education, and preparedness programs designed to help individuals and families become more capable and confident in protecting themselves.
