With a background in sales and finance, Miles Daileader graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2015 with a bachelor of science in business administration and finance. During his time at the university Miles Daileader took courses in financial management, security analysis, financial institutions and markets, and derivative securities.

To gain practical experience, Mr. Daileader served as a financial analyst intern with Finn Wealth Management for a year. He supported quarterly client accounts by rebalancing metrics and also coordinated events with high-profile financial companies, such as Fidelity and Blackrock. He served in a similar position for Mass Mutual during the summer of 2013. Beyond his internships, he worked as a bank teller for the Peoples Credit Union in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, where he worked with senior leadership to effect a full-system conversion.

In addition to his coursework, Miles Daileader belonged to the Ram Fund and the quantitative finance club at the university. He also took advantage of his school’s international learning program to study abroad in Greece.
