Everyone has a purpose in life, a reason to get up in the morning, and to persevere through life's challenges. Most recently, Carl was a management consultant working for Ecolab near Chicago, IL. In this role he was responsible for identifying and managing process improvement projects at his customer's manufacturing sites. In his three years in this role he has created over $700,000 in value for his customers.

His customers include:

a top 10 dairy producer worldwide

six of the world's top 100 food companies, including two in the top 10

Carl has also worked as an Account Manager for PepsiCo. His signature achievement in that role was spearheading a project to drive sales of diet soda and sparkling water in the Chicagoland area. Through his work the prior year sales index rose to 133% and 119% respectively.

Lastly, Carl has experience working as an Accountant for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, as a Food Production Manager, and a short bout of service in the military. The aforementioned roles have increased his financial acumen and leadership experience.

When Carl is not working, he greatly enjoys reading about history or personal development. His favorite book is "Thomas Jefferson: The Art of Power" by Jon Meacham. As a former collegiate student-athlete, Carl also enjoys staying active through fitness, sports, and spending time outdoors camping or hiking with his wife.
