I have been working with clients for 30 years through Personal and Private Chef Services and Nutrition Coaching. I presently offer a Meal Delivery Service and Nutrition Coaching as well as a line of luscious gluten and dairy free desserts. I am a well-known chef in Jacksonville, Florida. I have been a Chef at the Wine Cellar, Mossfire Grill, I was the executive Chef at Juice 'n Java and Heaven On Earth Café. I had my own restaurant and have cooked for private clients for 27 years. I have taught private cooking classes in Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, and taught cooking at Daytona Community College and in the Jacksonville Continuing Education for Adults within the Duval County School system. I am also a Nationally Certified Food Safety Manager
