I could say that I have a lot of experience in the field; but let’s face it, anyone can say that. So then what sets me apart from the next female? From my educational background in journalism, communications, and music at California State University, Long Beach; I have acquired a unique and versatile experience that spans from promoting, modeling,
marketing, campaign advocacy; to event specialization, debate mediation, project management, media production, and videogrphy, video editing; but also, social media expansion, event planning, infrastructure design and business consulting.

I worked for LG as a national retail brand advocate where I helped promote handheld electronics, and trained sales representatives on how to drive consumer demand for our company products. Last summer, I worked as an event specialist at three different companies.
I yielded high sales and even sold out of most the products I promoted.

Within the last year, I also staffed at three conventions where I managed other staff members at high capacity events: Fanime, Anime Expo, and Anime Conji.

Currently, I am the Executive TV Producer for campus events at Daily 49er TV, where I produce video content to be released in parallel with the paper to offer a full visual introspect of newsworthy topics.

In life, it’s not about the resources you have but being resourceful in different situations. I believe that I would be an asset to your program because I can utilize three skills to my advantage. I can manage stress, no matter what kind of situation I am thrown into with a professional attitude. I can manage conflict, high profile guests and high profile personalities with a professional attitude. Most importantly, I can manage impatience. In your industry, the environment is constantly changing and your time is valuable; having things done soon or now isn’t good enough. I can deliver your needs and requests as soon as yesterday, and with a professional attitude.

I am a journalism major, with a minor in music and communications. I plan to get my master's degree in public policy, and my doctorate's in educational leadership.

Eventually, after a healthy career in Journalism, I would like to preside as a Dean or President of a collegiate institution.

The most important values I want to share with my peers and anyone else I meet is independence, versatility, resilience, fearlessness, accountability, self-reflection, motivation, ment
