I enjoy reading non-fiction books (memoirs & biographies mostly), and a bit of historical fiction and classic novels mixed in to keep things interesting. Among my favorite authors: Margaret George (historical fiction), Sarah Vowell and Julie Powell.

I live happily in Northern California with my husband, two cats and an overflowing library.
