Hello! My name is Melissa “Missy” Nord and I am the Closing Agent for The Michael Kaim Team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. I am also a licensed REALTOR with over 26 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. In my position as Closing Agent, I am responsible for the many details involved in the closing process once there is an accepted offer on your home.

My assistant, Briana Groves, and I handle every detail of the transaction from ordering the title work, scheduling inspections, following the loan process, appraisal, city inspections, utilities, keys, and the list goes on and on…

I work closely with all the parties involved, including; the Buyer, Seller, Listing Agents, Selling Agents, the Lender, and Title/Escrow Companies. I follow the transaction from the time the contract is accepted, through the loan approval and the entire escrow process. We pay close attention to TIME FRAMES, DEADLINES, and DETAILS!
