Hi, I’m Mitchell J. Rappaport, the little known American that: co-conceived and co-named "The Americans with Disabilities Act" together with U.S. A.G. Ramsey Clark (01/02/1968), co-created the field of: Rehab Architecture, which was conceived by Rex A. Mason, AIA and co-created together with James O. Easter, MS, AIA. I also accomplished more which helped people with disabilities in America and throughout the world, and those will be discussed in my forthcoming book.

Before retiring, I Presided over a Corporation, represented 4.1 million people in S.E. Texas as their Consumer Representative to Emergency Trauma Care Delivery Services, and was active in Special Education areas as the former President of the Houston Independent School District's Vocation/Transition Advisory Council for Exceptional Education. Past guest at: "The White House". Divorced, no children.
