His work mainly revolves around workforce coordination, hiring operations, communication systems, and creating practical execution driven solutions for real world business challenges.

At Workwalaa, he is working on collaborative and operational approaches to workforce management with a focus on helping businesses access more reliable and execution ready talent through structured coordination and streamlined hiring processes.

Nihal Mundoli graduated from Delhi University in 2024 and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Management at NMIMS Mumbai.

Outside of work, he is passionate about adventure travel, photography, and exploration. Hitchhiking journeys across different parts of India played an important role in shaping his perspective on people, uncertainty, trust, and real world systems.
