I believe in the beauty of the added value. Or in other words the good product design has a positive impact on the business success of companies.However, I see a big challenge in reconciling product design with ecological, social and economic responsibility. That's how I see my role as a sustainable leader: to be an initiator and an enabler in a learning organization. Innovation is especially close to my heart: all life is change, I am convinced of that. This is how new things will be created. Together with our customers, we are breaking new ground with sophisticated solutions. Especially the optical quality of our products distinguishes us and customers all over the world benefit from our innovative strength - paired with common sense and authentic quality.

Design is also very important to me personally, it animates, strengthens and inspires me. My interests are: photography, architecture and communication as well as the topic "new work new culture" - according to Frithjof Bergmann.Ecology is so fundamental to me personally that I live in a passive house - planned and designed by myself.
