Natasha Jones

My name is Natasha Jones and I was made for marketing and pr. I am a marketing major and information design and corporate communications minor at Bentley University. I have prepared for this career path for the past 4 years and I will be graduating this May. I am excited to join the corporate world in the fast paced city of New York and I believe Affect is the perfect start. I find that my positive attitude and outlook on life inspires others as well as myself. Sometimes you can be your biggest critic but you can also be your biggest supporter. With a positive attitude NOTHING can stop you.

I am passionate about all things marketing, communications, media, and social media. All of the aforementioned are important in terms of branding, customer relations, differentiation, and public image. When I think of my job as a marketer I think about the Louboutin shoe. The most simplest trademark; red bottom gives that shoe the strongest brand identity. Companies like Jet Blue which have one the strongest public images and perceptions are due to it's relationship with it's customers. I want to be apart of that. I chose marketing and pr because it's ubiquitous & applicable to so many things. The world needs marketers. The world needs Natasha. Besides that, social media is more important today ever changing and evolving. I like that it's one of those innovations that keep marketers on their toes.
