I am a Professional with an Entrepreneurial Mind and genuine passion for Internationl Sales & Marketing practices as well as Strategic Business Planning & Development. Being in the "mid-thirties" I have already seen and traveled quite a bit of the world, including Europe, Africa, and the whole of Southeast-Asia, on professional occasions and as passionate backpacker. I lived and worked in Germany, China, Nigeria, the Netherlands, and Australia and was one of the founders of SONSEC, a service and trading company in the shipping sector.

Before, I worked in international sales for the Glave Group, for Reederei Hesse in shipping, and as strategic business consultant for the IT/eLearning specialist Global Emotion. With my project "Marine News China" I combined my shipping background and my developed internet expertise into a digital publishing product on the Chinese shipping industry and with it strengthened my know-how of social media tools & SEO.

By now I am pursuing a career in the automotive industry. Started with a position in Business Development for the Formel D Group, I now work as Strategic Account Manager for Europe's biggest marketplace for used and new cars >> AutoScout24. My area of responsibility mainly covers the development and management of business partners such as our interface and content providers, DMS-software developer and car management IT systems of automotive manufacturers (OEMs). Along with that I also take responsibility in the strategic key-account-management of our top clients (OEMs and dealer groups) and cooperations.

Outside of work I enjoy being a caring and loving partner for my lovely fiancée and whenever I have the time I work on my handicap, since I discovered this fascinating and challenging sport called: Golf! Besides that I also tie my jogging shoes from time to time and dive into our beautiful nature for a relaxing run!
