I am a 43 year old local truck driver and a parent on one beautiful and intelligent seventeen year old daughter. Tantric Kriya Yoga, Holistic living and healthy relationships are my holy trinity. I am a true foodie but always try to cook with nutrition and health in mind. I like to run, swim and bike. While I am technically single, I am dating someone special. We both enjoy living in the now and going with the flow. Relationships are a spiritual path and this one is no exception. I learn and grow everyday lately.
