National Green Highways Mission: NGHM

National Green Highways Mission with the participation of the community, NGO, farmers, private sector, institutions, government agencies and the Forest Department has gone a step ahead to create the green highways for an economic growth and scope of employment for people in rural India. To develop unique corridors with an appealing look, a systematic framework for a Sustainable Environment through this approach is definitely a therapy to combat global warming and reduce the hazardous effect that is hampering our environment. These also help reduce soil erosion ,the effect of wind and incoming UV radiation to the atmosphere around us.
