Nana Mimura

Dr. Nana Mimura, a physician with more than 15 years of experience in areas of geriatric medicine, has been thoroughly trained in integrative and regenerative medicine through her relationship with the American Association of Anti-Aging Medicine. She has also been board certified as a practitioner of internal medicine. Dr. Nana Mimura passed the United States Medical Licensing Exam in 1994 and, upon the completion of her medical training and acquisition of a Michigan state medical license, began working for the Research Institute for Dementia Disorders on a number of clinical trials. She currently works for IPC Healthcare in Florida as a physician specializing in geriatric care at several living facilities in and around the Fort Meyers area.

Dr. Nana Mimura attended the medical school at the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil before taking on an internal medicine residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to beginning her medical education, she earned an undergraduate degree in biology from Sao Paolo’s Colegio Bandeirantes.
