I have lost 25 pounds and 15 inches and feel amazing. I want everyone to feel as great as I do and look forward to helping anyone is is serious about getting a Healthy Life Style.

I have been through alot the last year and am now getting my life back to where I want. I have awesome mentors and a group that is there for you whenever you need and I am also there for them. This has been a year of learning, growing and realizing what I can do.

I look forward to my growth everyday and helping others grow in all ways possible.
