Nanette has vast experience and understanding in the sales of residential, commercial, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and industrial properties to include the sale of gaming establishments.

Nanette does not just dabble in real estate; real estate is her full time job. She is a member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors, and is on the Ethics Hearing Panel of the Professional Standards Committee (former Chair). Further, she is a member of the Sierra Reno Exchangors (SRE), and National Council of Exchangors (NCE). Nanette is also a Director at RSAR.

Nanette S. Fink-Eaton was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. Coming from a family of highly respected Realtors, both her parents were pioneers in the local real estate market. Nanette graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno receiving her Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Bachelors of Art in Music. Nanette was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society

Nanette is married to Rick Eaton, who retired from the federal government, and the State of Nevada. Nanette and Rick have one child together who is named Marshall.
