I am a Russian voice talent and translator based in Chelyabinsk (on the border of Europe and Asia).
My translation career started in 2006 when I was a young student philologist. Since then translation has been my passion. I work with English and French, and my principle is to translate only in native language. This allows me to guarantee the highest quality of my translations meeting my clients' business goals.
My second but not the least love is voice over. In my teens I used to take part in students theatre's performances, was a school radio presenter, and a regular customer of various poetic contests. However only in 2011 I found out that I could turn my hobby into a profession.
I recorded my first voice over project — car navigator directions (If only I could find where my voice now sounds. It would be interesting to hear). Three years later I learned about a variety of opportunities for promoting my small voice over business. That is why I'm here.
I'm planning to share my thoughts and ideas about freelance, translation, voice over, and family business (yes, my husband is a freelance translator too). I hope my blog and social media profiles would be interesting for colleagues and potential customers. New followers and connections are welcome!
