Nathalie was born in Sydney and then at the age of three moved to Casula where she grew up with three younger brothers. Nathalie studied the hospitality industry hoping to make a career in this field. After the early death of her mother, Nathalie went on at the age of 18 to replace her mother in a rapidly growing Party Hire Business she had watched her father build from scratch. Nathalie had already attained her skills in the Event Hire Industry working with her parents after school and on weekends, therefore becoming a full-time employee was a natural progression. In the smaller company of Action Party Hire she was hands on with all aspects of the business from stock control, administration and payroll. Nathalie also saw the growth of her brothers within the business as it paved a way for the future of the Lamberty family. The company grew rapidly, and the purchase of the second party hire business was established with the purchase of Pillingers Hiring Service. Nathalie’s Father John, the founder of the Business, went on to run the warehouse at Chipping Norton and Nathalie controlled the office at Hoxton Park, “Action Party Hire”. Soon after, once the companies were grounded, Nathalie began to find her interest in the Wedding industry, concentrating on marketing the company in this direction which saw another field that the company could expand in. Nathalie went on to be the Company’s Wedding Co-ordinator, creating prestigious and personalised events that were tailored to her clients’ needs for over ten years. The companies merged as one and a bigger building facility was required which saw the business relocate. Nathalie too had grown in experience and took on a key role in the business as the company’s advisor, accounts and marketing manager. Nathalie has had the satisfaction of watching her father build a foundation and watch it grow and then watch him have the ability to retire and continue to see the business blossom and change with the dynamics of her three brothers. Nathalie has had over twenty years’ experience in the Hire Industry and believes the business is only getting stronger.
Today Nathalie is married with two children, she still works hard with Pillingers every day and blogs incessantly about her love affair with weddings.
