Nathalie Kachulis

Nathalie joined the federal public service in 1988 and worked in a variety of administrative positions at Revenue Canada for almost 10 years before joining the world of human resources. From 1998 to 2002, Nathalie worked in operational and corporate staffing at the Privy Council Office. In 2002, Nathalie joined Industry Canada's Human Resources Branch where she remained for almost 13 years,, including the last 3 as Head of HR. She recently returned to her Revenue Canada roots, joining the Canada Revenue Agency as Director General, Strategic Business Integration, HRB where she gets to focus her attention on transforming and modernizing the HR function.
