I got my start in real estate back in 2003. While living in Southern California, I decided to purchase my first investment property - a 2-bedroom condo in need of work, which I renovated over the next year. Shortly after completion I checked into values of neighboring units and decided it was time to sell. Investing less than $15,000 into the renovation, I was pleased to sell it for over $100,000 than what I paid for it. I quickly determined it was time to pursue real estate as a career! A short time later I made my way to Denver where I landed a job with a small real estate investment company and throughout the next year, I received a crash course in the Denver Market. Looking at as many as 40 homes a week and assisting in the buying and selling of close to 30 homes, it was a valuable experience in which I gained a lot of useful knowledge. In 2006 I got my real estate license and managed to close over 2 million dollars in transactions. By the time 2007 rolled around I had a good grasp on most facets of residential real estate and managed nearly 10 million dollars in sales along with the honor of being the top producing agent out of 85 agents at Sterling Real Estate Group. In 2008 things continued to improve as I closed 14 million dollars in sales and again was the top agent. 2009 was another record year, closing better than 16 million dollars in real estate transactions, and 2010 proved to be equally promissing with $17 million in sales.

I combine extensive market knowledge and a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure a positive experience with every transaction.
