The information that the pharmaceutical industry is conveying to the public is nothing but special interest politics. Healing, and medicine, has become a business with the public paying the price.... which can sometimes be death. Take the case of Vioxx, the pain killer, which was never proven more effective than over-the-counter pain killers, yet was pulled from the market only after 30,000 people died from this drug, with another 150,000 cases of cardiovascular incidents reported.

We must reduce our dependency on the pharmaceutical industry by accessing what the earth is providing for our use. This is neither a new practice, nor a dangerous one. By breaking the cycle of chemical dependency we further ourselves as a species and enable ourselves to fulfill our potential as humans.
