Nav has an experience of over 10 years in Learning & Development and is known for his engaging, high energy and humorous style. He owns the circle of excellence for Behavioral & Competency Development Programs. His understanding of human behavior and ability to create a safe learning environment leads to sharing in his programs. Besides his work, Nav is involved in mentoring and coaching young executives. He is also actively involved in theatre and is a professional percussionist.

His strong belief in the experiential learning makes his sessions revolve around the cycle of Kolb’s Learning Theory. This in turn results in derivation of the learning for the participants through their experience and journey during the session. The session encompasses various tools in the form of Group Discussions, NLP Techniques, Music, Theater, Role Plays, Panel Discussions, Readings, Extempore, etc. He has also been involved in Instructional Designing of the courseware for his Clients, the follows he ADDIE Model. Apart from ADDIE model he is also aware of SAM(Systematic Approximation Model). His session has a focus towards the transformation of the participants swiftly to the new desired state without any resistance.
