Nava Yeshoalul

Nava joined Google in 2007 and is currently a Technical Staffing Consultant for Google Cloud in the LA office. Her core responsibility is to focus on the recruitment and strategy development to help build a diverse talent pipeline. Prior to Google, Nava worked in various areas of Finance at Barclay’s Capital, Diversity and Inclusion with DraftFCB, and International Development at the United Nations.

An ambitious professional - she’s fueled by a passion for becoming a networking matchmaker with businesses, a champion for diversity and inclusion coupled with a zeal for business development and community advocacy. Giving back will always be her legacy as she is actively involved in the community and is affiliated with many professional organizations.

Her goal is to continue to expand in utilizing her trusted networks and new business relationship developments and drive change in the areas of giving personal insight into branding, diversity & inclusion, professional development, and hiring top talent. This will be the catalyst and central grassroots voice in the effort to inspire the new generation of our communities.
