With over 8 years of experience, Ndeye specializes in Strategic Marketing in Multicultural markets focusing on cultural competence as well as community health.

Mrs. NGom-Mbacke works with organizations and community members advocating access to health care services for the immigrant, refugee, woman and young adult population. By doing this work, Mrs. NGom-Mbacke creates awareness on cultural sensitivity in the workplace and community working with administrators, program managers and community leaders.

Ndeye believes social and cultural determinants of health are important to provide adequate care to community members. She also works to ensure health materials are appropriate to the multicultural communities whom they are marketed to.

Ndeye has been trained by the New York State of Health, New York Human Resources Administration and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services -Office of Minority Health to name a few.
