Red Dream Studios, a digital marketing company, was founded in February 2001 by Neal Evan Caminsky, to offer a tightly integrated resource by which various forms of multimedia services can be offered. The digital marketing strategy offered by Red Dream Studios incorporates three essential pillars of creative production: website development, graphic design, and multimedia.

Neal takes great pride in himself being an entrepreneur and with a client-base of over 160 companies (including IMS Health, Maimonides Geriatric Centre, ACI, McGill University) has helped other entrepreneurs achieve their goals of living their dreams through marketing consultation, and hands-on design of corporate collateral, identity packages, and websites.

Neal was accepted into the West Island Leadership Development (W.I.L.D.) program, an initiative of Federation CJA that fosters and trains future community leaders of Montreal and the West Island. Through this program, Neal developed the online teenage social community, Tassi.ca, where teens could anonymously provide advice to one another on a wide variety of topics. Neal has previously been nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year by the ProMontreal Organization, sits on the West Island Federation CJA Public Relations Committee, and will co-chair the West Island Jewish Chamber of Commerce Choice Business Club.
