People I worked with and my surroundings describe me as sociable, tolerant and efficient because I have no troubles adapting myself to a new environment or team. Those qualities were really appreciated during my professional experiences. As a student in Management and Corporate Strategy, I am especially interested in the sectors of Consulting and Corporate Social Responsibility. Those activities mean a lot to me and represent the values on whose behalf I want to work.
I have developed a real adaptation capacity during my studies, mainly because I have studied in different education systems. First, in a class preparing for entrance examinations to the French Grandes Ecoles, and at the same time at university; and finally in Finland. Three systems requiring a different organization and providing a different learning.
Thanks to this experience abroad I have improved my proficiency in English, which is, in my opinion, a tool necessary to manage. I also met lots of foreigners, from countries all over the world, and learnt a lot about their culture and way of life. This adventure was really interesting and I now see myself living other international experiences both in my studies and to seize professional opportunities.
Concerning my vision of business and firms… People have new expectations from companies, and the sustainability era requires environment- and human-friendly processes. Businesses have to find ideas and innovate in order to evolve in this way. To achieve this goal, I believe in the major role of interactions and sharing between individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, areas of expertise, who can work hand in hand to move forward. For me, success comes from sharing and the diversity of knowledge and point of views.
