Neuroset is a research company dedicated to the application of neuroscience to consumer behavior and marketing strategies.

We use brain imaging techniques, biometrics and psychological tests to measure consumers engagement and help professionals forecast the impact of new products on the marketplace.

Thanks to our proprietary neuro-tool, the PEMD model, we measure four phases of the brain activity: Perception, Emotions, Memory and Decision-Making.

PEMD measures the time-course of customer experience, from early unconscious stages (perception =100 milliseconds) to voluntary decision processes (= about 1 second).

In other words, PEMD identifes the moments in which consumers are mostly engaged (e.g. while watching a specifc video-frame of a commercial).
