Norm most recently enabled The Christian Science Monitor to double their revenues from aggregators and syndicators through content licensing. As General Manager of Content Sales, in collaboration with the Monitor’s product development team, Norm also helped the Monitor develop new product to grow the B2B market. Norm has worked for both news publishers and aggregators, providing him with an unusual understanding of both sides’ business aims and expectations. This aids him in creating innovative win-win license agreements between publishers and aggregators.
Prior to the Monitor, as an international vice president for news aggregator NewsBank, Norm spearheaded and managed initiatives to develop international markets for current and historical news products resulting in millions of new revenue.
