Niccole Trzaska

Niccole Trzaska Was born and raised in New York and originally wanted to be a forensic photographer, but the hospitality industry got the better of her! Although still very interested in criminology, the energy and creativity surrounding nightlife, food and beverage has become a huge part of Niccole’s life and ambition. Niccole began working in the restaurant and bar industry at age 15. Her first experience as a bartender was pure happenstance as she filled in while not even knowing what a martini was! That was soon to change. After her first bartending experience, she quickly began to taste and experiment. She loves to give people a custom tailored flavor that they will enjoy and always remember. At age 17 she began modeling and quickly found herself in a relationship with Nina Shoes. That would last 8 years. Resulting in multiple billboards, posters and lots of shoes! 2004 marked Niccole’s first years with the Gerber Group were her abilities as a mixologist where praised and fostered. She is thankful for the creative support and family environment that inspired her daily. She left the Gerber Group in 2010. She opened all venues with the Tao/Strategic Group in their New York Nightlife department of the Dream Downtown. She spent most of her time working the hardest room in N.Y. The Electric Room. Niccole is was most recently with LDV Hospitality. Her roll was Assistant General Manager of Number 8. In addition she was responsible for their beverage program. Food is exciting to Niccole and pairing the perfect cocktail has been her favorite hobby. Not many people can say they love what they do for a living, but Niccole has created a niche for herself by doing what she knows and loves the best. Niccole looks forward to all of the potential projects that have come her way. Such as TV , Radio and Print to share her talent and see people smile.
