Hello, I’m Nicholas.

I am a currently running my own company, N2 Consulting as a Change Manager, Hospitality Project Manager and Operations Specialist living in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.

As a start up consultant, I help to create and improve the food services from concept, design and implementation of a continuous improvements by using project management and change management techniques.With over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I have managed and operated many different types of operations including high volume, multi unit including brands, fine dining and fast casual service.

I was also a part of a team that created two multi million-dollar venues from the concept, design to day-to-day operations that were recently opened at the University of Ottawa.
