I build experiences that scale—currently as Principal Designer at Rippling, and through Blank, my strategic consultancy working at the intersection of design, AI, and meaningful innovation.

My path through Google (Android UX), Apple, Meta, Uber, and Slack has been less about collecting logos and more about solving genuinely complex problems. At FIS, I built the design infrastructure for bringing cryptocurrency into traditional finance. At Google, I helped reimagine the OS touching billions of daily lives. Earlier, I founded and scaled GreaterThan to 18 people, working with everyone from Nike to Chipotle.

These days, I'm most energized by three things: crafting systems that actually make sense, mentoring emerging design leaders (Designed.org, ADPList), and exploring how AI reshapes human experience without losing the human part.

I believe vulnerability compounds into strength—a lesson learned through navigating significant health challenges. That's shaped my commitment to mental health advocacy and building genuinely supportive communities.
