My passion is combining content infrastructure and innovative design methods with research and analysis to deliver an amazing user experience that exceeds business requirements. I believe user expereince includes the process of creating value for end-users, from research and concepting to visual design, and my job isn't done until all those elements are in sync and perfected.

I am an expert in planning, conducting and summarizing usability studies such as assessing/evaluating user needs and requirements, creating user personas, user profiles and scenarios, feature maps and matrixes. I facilitate card sorting sessions to evaluate and improve application/information architectures, to perform content analysis and to determine strategies for a clearly defined taxonomy framework, metadata standards and page layouts.

My areas of expertise include working with user interface prototyping tools such as Axure, HotGloo, Visio and Adobe Fireworks to create wireframes, prototypes and functional specifications. I collaborate with the Designers throughout the Envisioning and Create Phases to create high-fidelity wireframes and I collaborate with the Tech Leads and Programmers throughout the Development Phase.

I specialize in Website / Mobile (Re)Designs, Enterprise-Wide Intranet Development / Implementations, SharePoint, Business Analysis, Wireframes, User Experience Specs / Functional Specs, User Adoption and Knowledge Transfer Plans.
