I have been blessed to live my entire life along the California coast, and currently call Southern California home after eight years in San Francisco. I am ambitious, sassy, generous, sarcastic, and fiercely loyal to my best friends. I love dogs, eating, fashion, and people with good grammar and manners who make great dirty jokes.
What do I do for work? Well, I'm a Paleo chef, coach, public speaker, writer and business owner. Basically, I'm a grain, gluten, dairy, soy and legume free machine on a mission to help others feel better through food. I launched California Paleo Kitchens earlier this year, after coaching several of my friends and family members through the transition to a Paleo diet.
